The LEC Lab at Baruch College explores the psychology of Leadership, Ethics, and Creativity in organizations.

Are you an undergraduate student looking for opportunities to get involved in research? In the Leadership, Ethics, and Creativity (LEC) Lab at Baruch College, students from all majors are invited to apply to become research assistants (RAs) for course credit. RAs enroll in 1 to 3 credit hours of PSY 5030 each semester and help with running study sessions, entering data, and presenting at conferences. Students who exceed expectations will also receive a letter of recommendation from the lab's director. Apply today!

Note: Students who are interested in applying to Baruch’s I-O PhD or Master’s programs should visit the program website.
